Shipping Policy

Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping with a minimum $1.00 order (before taxes and shipping).  For other orders our fee structure is as follows:

 

UNITED STATES

Priority shipping (3-8 business days) orders under $150.00 (before taxes and shipping):  $9.95 flat fee

Free standard shipping

 

INTERNATIONAL

For orders up to $149.99:  $14.95 flat fee

$150 and over (before taxes and shipping):  Free

 

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are custom made just for you.  Please allow a few days for production before shipping.  Orders are not shipped or manufactured on weekends or holidays.

 

If your order includes multiple items, each item might be produced in a different facility and thus your shipment may arrive in multiple packages.

 

We update our product pages with our best estimates for delivery times given our recent experience. These estimates are not guaranteed and unless otherwise stated do not include production time before shipping.  Shipping times may be impacted by many factors including the exact location of the delivery address, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. 

 

Please be aware that recently due to COVID we have been experiencing periodic disruptions in shipping networks and the supply chain that have caused delays in production and shipping times.  Under these circumstances it is much more difficult to make accurate projections of delivery times.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we become aware of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will make every effort to  contact you via email or telephone.

 

Expedited or Express Shipping

We offer expedited shipping in the U.S. only.  Select the expedited shipping option at checkout for delivery within 1-3 business days after the order is shipped.  Please allow additional time for production before the order ships.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Protection and Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items

We offer a low-cost shipping protection option to protect your purchase from loss, damage or theft in transit. You must file a claim with our customer service department at support@lilasgiftshop.com.  Additional terms and conditions may apply

If you decline to purchase shipping protection, we cannot accept responsibility for items that were damaged by the shipping carrier.  Please file a claim with the shipping carrier for any items that are delivered damaged.

Shipping protection covers you for missing, lost or stolen items in transit.  Lila's Gift Shop is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier unless you purchased shipping protection.    If you did not accept our offer of shipping protection, you may be able to file a claim with your homeowners or renters insurance.  Please contact your local police department to report any items that may have been stolen after delivery.  You may also file a claim with the carrier for items that are not found but were marked as delivered by the carrier. 

We depend on the customer to provide us with accurate shipping instructions.  Items lost because the customer provided an inaccurate address are the responsibility of the customer, are not covered by insurance, and no refunds will be given.


Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lila's Gift Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Cancellations and modifications 

Please verify the accuracy of your order before you make your purchase.  Orders usually enter production within minutes and we usually cannot stop orders from being shipped once they enter production.  Therefore orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.  You may return any items received in error (free of charge in the U.S.)
