Shipping policy

As soon as your order is placed our team goes hard to work at sourcing, quality-managing, and shipping your new amazing jewelry straight to your doorstep. Our items are NOT mass-produced.

You can expect your unique jewelry within 8-14 business days after ordering. At peak demand times, orders may take slightly longer to arrive.

Lila's Gift Shop is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information, or is refused at the time of delivery. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If a package is returned to the sender for any reason, these shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund. 

If you made an error or there has been some mistake or error regarding delivery, please contact us so we can do our best to make sure you have a good experience. 

All orders are secured, insured, and tracked with a live-status tracking ID. This means you can follow your order every step of the way. If you do not automatically receive your tracking information via email a few days after ordering, please use the "support" widget to contact us.
